Benoit Kudinga is an ordained minister, author, economist, researcher, entrepreneur, and strategic advisor with more than three decades of ministry experience and extensive professional experience in economics, public finance, governance, and organizational leadership. His work brings together ministry practice, economic and management analysis, and long-term research on church crisis, stability, systems, and growth. As Founder of CGLI, he develops practical strategies and structured frameworks to help church leaders strengthen their churches and prepare for sustainable growth.
Judith Aisha
Executive Director
Judith Aisha is an administrative and operations leader with more than ten years of experience in healthcare administration, service delivery, team leadership, and stakeholder relations. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and has worked in healthcare organizations in Canada and the United States. As Executive Director of CGLI, she supports institutional administration, program operations, participant experience, partnerships, and organizational development.
