As Founder of the Church Growth & Leadership Institute, Benoit Kudinga brings together ministry experience, economic and management analysis, research, strategic thinking, and leadership development. Through CGLI, he translates this interdisciplinary work into practical strategies, policies, frameworks, and systems that help church leaders navigate crisis, establish stability, strengthen church operations, and prepare their churches for sustainable growth and outreach.
